When should I expect my order?
Our current turn-around time (TAT) is 14–21 business days. This timeframe reflects production time only and does not include shipping time.
Orders are submitted to our manufacturer every Sunday by 9 PM EST. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Please understand that all turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to severe weather, global conflicts, supply chain disruptions, material shortages, labor delays, or carrier issues. These events may extend production and delivery timelines beyond the stated TAT.
By placing an order, you agree to the following:
- You understand and accept the stated TAT and that it may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances
- You acknowledge that delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks
- You agree not to initiate a chargeback for delays that fall within or beyond these outlined conditions
If you require items by a specific date, you must contact us before placing your order. We do not guarantee delivery dates unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or dispute chargebacks that violate these terms.

How do you calculate shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on orders $200+. Standard shipping is $6, but it is entirely weight-based depending on the size of your order.
Exchanges & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Preference of fit, color, or style
Each item is made to order, and customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing charts and product details prior to purchasing.
Exceptions (Manufacturing Errors Only):
We will only replace items if there is a verified defect or production error (e.g., incorrect item received, misprint, or significant quality issue).
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photos of the issue
- Item must be unworn and unaltered
If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a defect or production error.
Additional Policy Enforcement
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All items are custom and non-returnable
- Sizing responsibility falls on the customer
- Claims outside of verified defects will not be approved
- Chargebacks for non-defect-related reasons will be disputed
What size should I choose?
